 STORYBOOK RANCH IS CLOSED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS AND FLOODED GROUNDS.

1 Child = $15
1 Teen/Adult = $5
Child - ages 2-12 - All Activities
Teen/Adult - ages 13 & up - Hand-led horse rides, Petting Zoo, Field Day Games, Photo Areas
Kids under 2 are free but does not include pony/horse rides.
Turn off Custer Rd., drive down gravel road to the parking lot, and then walk up through the field to the big tent and office area. (Additional weekend overflow parking is available at the Guaranty Bank next door. Park and look for the fence door halfway down that goes to Storybook Ranch.)

• Photo Options: Self-serve photo areas available for paying clients.

(Photo shoot clients must check in at the Office by the Big Tent.)

• Concessions:

Snacks and drinks available during all open hours.

Options include: Assorted Bagged Snacks (Chips, Cookies, Popcorn, Pretzels, etc.), Sports Drinks and Water.

Catering trailer options available most weekends.

Options will vary. Sample, made-to-order items include: Hamburgers, Tacos, Nachos and Sandwiches.
Socially distanced picnic table seating areas provided. Purchase catering trailer food tickets by the Office. 
Cash and all major CCs accepted.

 

• Coronavirus Precautions:
No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service.

Face masks covering nose and mouth required for everyone, ages 2 and up.

Temperature check stations may be used upon entry.

Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations provided.

Only outdoor, open air activities offered.

Masks available for purchase onsite.

Social distancing enforced.
Areas sanitized daily.

• Notice:

Parking is Free.
No pets allowed.
No reservations required.
No outside food or alcohol allowed.

Enclosed shoes required for activities.

Max weight - 70lbs/pony, 200lbs/horse.
Cash and all major credit cards accepted.
Activities do not include lessons or trail rides.
Staff determine carousel pony rides or hand-led horse rides.

All visitors must sign a waiver to enter the activities’ area. (1 per family.)

Fundraiser has been approved and permitted through the City of McKinney.
